Meeting the future governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Mrs. Winson Sears, the current Lieutenant Governor of the State. With us in the New York office is her husband, Terrence Sears.
Mrs. Sears (born March 11, 1964) is a seasoned American politician and Marine Corps veteran, serving as the 42nd lieutenant governor of Virginia since 2022. A member of the Republican Party, she is Virginia’s first female lieutenant governor and the first woman of color to hold statewide office in Virginia.
